One To One

A one to one coaching session is for when you need another set of eyes on your business. Talk through your worries by phone or Skype to encourage you and help to develop an achievable plan for the coming season.

Group Sessions

We run group courses and workshops in person at UK flower farms during the year to demonstrate and illustrate some of our principles.

In the comfort of your home or office

Although it's lovely to meet people at workshops and training days, actually the real work needs to be done by you in your own workplace when it comes to planning for your business. So we've created online training sessions that can be worked through at home, around family and the commitments of everyday flower farming. We give you checklists, homework and targets to strive for, but the timing of when you get it finished is up to you. If you haven't attended an online workshop before, do look through our FAQ sheet to see how it works

Individual tuition, coaching and encouragement.

Our one to one tuition can happen over the phone or via Skype, whichever is your preference. We'll send you a questionnaire to fill out in advance, so we can make the most of our one hour session. You will finish with a plan to work forward on, and the price includes a catch up email later in the week. Popular topics for one to one coaching are Social Media Audit, Pricing, Customers and Markets, and Who do I market to?

Workshops at flower farms across the UK

Sometimes, just seeing it in the flesh is the thing that gives you that lightbulb moment. That's how i could save time.... That's how I can grow more in the same space… That will make it easier on my back....

We run introductory, hands-on and specialist workshops for new and established growers on our flower farms in Surrey, Cheshire and the Scottish Borders
